Recipe For Making Healthy Kadha at Home


Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make a powerful, immunity-boosting kadha:

1. Basil Kadha 

  • Add 3 cups of water to a pan. Boil it. 
  • Crush ginger, black pepper, cloves, and cinnamon with a mortar and pestle and make a paste out of it. 
  • Add the paste obtained to the water along with Tulsi leaves.
  • Let the blend cook for 20 minutes at a medium flame. Ensure the mixture is reduced to half.
  • Add some honey for flavour after straining the kadha into a cup.

2. Cinnamon Kadha 

  • Add half a cup of water to a pan. 
  • Add cinnamon powder and let it boil. 
  • Add a spoonful of honey for taste. 
  • Let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
  • Filter and have it when cooled.

3. Basil & Black Pepper Kadha

  •  Heat water in a pan.
  • Add basil leaves, cinnamon, black pepper & dry ginger in it. 
  • Boil for 5-10 mins and filter.
